Over 400 people stranded in ports due to enhanced habagat

MANILA, Philippines — Around 419 individuals, including truck drivers and cargo personnel, remain stranded at 11 ports on Tuesday (August 11) due to the effects of the enhanced southwest monsoon, or habagat, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported.  According to the PCG, the affected persons are in Western Visayas, Central Visayas and Southern Tagalog.
