Ottawa OPP charge 3 drivers with impaired driving, 1 with stunt driving in less than 12 hours

Ontario Provincial Police say three drivers in Ottawa were stopped and charged with impaired driving and another was charged with stunt driving between Thursday afternoon and early Friday morning.
