Ottawa man living with cerebral palsy reunited with stolen adapted bike

A quadriplegic man with cerebral palsy says he’s grateful for the Ottawa community for their support in helping him locate his custom-made bike after it was returned to him this weekend nearly a month after it was stolen from his Alta Vista home.
