OSP Act lacked checks to rein in Special Prosecutor, Kpebu says

Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu says Ghana’s Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) Act, 2017, failed to provide adequate checks and balances to control the occupant of the anti-corruption office.
