Oschadbank, Ukreximbank to Sell Gulliver Mall for $207 Million Starting Price

State-owned Oschadbank and Ukreximbank will auction Kyiv’s Gulliver multifunctional complex through the Prozorro.Sales system from September, with a $207 million floor price. The banks seized the 157,000-square-meter (1.7 million-square-foot) complex from sanctioned businessman Viktor Polishchuk’s Three O LLC in July 2025 after the borrower stopped servicing its debt.
