CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The municipal government of Mansalay in Oriental Mindoro suspended classes on Friday afternoon due to bad weather brought by Typhoon Inday. The suspension, covering all levels in both public and private schools, was approved by Mayor Ferdinand “Totoy Jerie” Maliwanag upon the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and
