Oriental Mindoro’s top wanted person nabbed on 8 rape charges

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Police on Thursday arrested Oriental Mindoro’s top most wanted fugitive with eight alleged statutory rape charges after tracking him down at Barangay Sta. Isabel here.  The suspect, whose identity was withheld, was nabbed at 1:30 p.m. by police who were serving a court-issued arrest warrant for eight counts of alleged
