Oregon City music teacher arrested, accused of kidnapping and raping minor

Derek Douglas Reeder, a 44-year-old music teacher, was arrested on charges including rape, kidnapping and sexual abuse of a minor he met while teaching at an Oregon City nonprofit in 2023.
