OPP lays two stunt driving charges, cites speed as fatal factor

A Thunder Bay motorcyclist and a Winnipeg motorist face stunt driving charges after separate OPP traffic stops over the last week. Both received licence suspensions, vehicle impoundments and must appear in court.
