OPP lays charges after serious two-vehicle crash on Hwy. 17

A Blind River man, 66, faces careless-driving charges after a two-vehicle collision at Highway 17 and 108 on Aug. 9. Two passengers suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to Sudbury.
