OPP charge Manitoulin man in $61K shipping container fraud

Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 49-year-old M'Chigeeng First Nation man with fraud over $5,000 after a Manitoulin Island business paid roughly $61,000 for shipping containers that were never delivered.
