Ont. fishermen fined, one banned for life after walleye poaching

Two Southern Ontario men have been fined more than $4,000 for illegally fishing walleye on the Black Sturgeon River, which is closed year-round for conservation. One man also received a lifetime fishing ban after fleeing conservation officers.
