One person dead, multiple injured in Minneapolis shooting

At least one person has died and multiple others were injured, including police officers, during a shooting in downtown Minneapolis. The conditions of those injured were not immediately clear and no other information has been released about the shooter. NBC News' Sam Brock has the latest.
