Off-duty NYPD cop stabbed in hand by stranger while walking with friend in Queens

The victim, 30, was strolling with a pal on Bell Boulevard near 39th Avenue in Bayside around 12:50 a.m. when two men he did not know approached him from behind, according to authorities and law enforcement sources.
