Nuggets' DeMar DeRozan turned down Heat after starting role was handed to Klay Thompson

The Miami Heat were linked to DeMar DeRozan and Klay Thompson all summer, but only one signed with them. DeRozan has been reported to not join Miami for the simple fact that they were going to let Thompson start out games.
