NPP Upper West eyes 2028 comeback; dismisses vote-buying allegations in regional executive elections

The newly retained Upper West Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Abdul Rahman Abdul Aziz, popularly known as Chairman White, has declared that the party’s primary objective is to recapture political power from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2028 general elections.
