MIAMI, July 11 : Norway coach Stale Solbakken said he was convinced that the ball hit a camera cable above the pitch just before Jude Bellingham scored England's equaliser in the first half of their World Cup quarter-final on Saturday.The incident happened when Norway goalkeeper Orjan Nyland made a clearance kick in stoppage time at the end of the half but the ball fell to an England player, starting the move that led to Bellingham's first goal.
