North west spot near Liverpool could be named UK’s first ever Town of Culture
Birkenhead could be named the 2028 Town of Culture17:28, 09 Jul 2026A north west town is one of the final candidates for the UK's first ever Town of Culture, meaning they could be awarded a £3M grant.
