North Wales coastal town near area that's 'looks straight out of Alien movie'

Amlwch, which is near to the Parys Mountain, is the most northerly town in Wales and located in Anglesey along the A5025. The town is around a two-hour drive from Liverpool.‌Amlwch was once a hub for the copper mining industry, with the world's biggest copper mine at the nearby Parys Mountain. Visitors can now visit Parys Mountain, where they will find a network of walks around the top of the Great Opencast.‌There's also an incredible panorama that offers a view of the reds, oranges, pinks, browns and more, that make up the mountain's stunning colours. The Parys Mountain Heritage Trail is managed by the volu
