North Korea fires ballistic missile towards Sea of Japan, according to Seoul, ahead of US-South drills

The missile flew more than 700 kilometers (435 miles) over the body of water – also known as the Sea of Japan – Seoul's joint chiefs of staff said in a statement, adding that Seoul and Washington were analyzing its specifications.
