No jail for man guilty of ‘degrading, humiliating’ assault on girlfriend: B.C. judge

A man who pleaded guilty to urinating on his girlfriend while she slept while making a video of the “degrading and humiliating” assault won’t spend any time behind bars, a B.C. judge has decided.
