Nigeria’s Samuel becomes president of Commonwealth Fencing Federation

Samuel defeated the incumbent, Marie-France Dufour, at the federation’s elective Annual General Meeting, held at Rugby School Nigeria, Atlantic City, Lagos, on Saturday.
