Newly released surveillance video appears to show missing American in Grenada

Newly released video appears to show missing North Carolina mom Elizabeth Waddell's last known movements in Grenada as she entered the water, but does not show her returning. Two people on Jet Skis told local media they saw a woman, possibly Waddell, far from shore later that day and asked if she needed help but the woman declined. Cristian Benavides reports.
