New rubbish law for UK households with £5,000 fines for breaking it

In a crackdown from the government, fly-tipping will be clamped down upon, with £5,000 fines.‌The maximum fine has been increased a staggering 400 per cent from the original £1k level. The top fine for littering on streets will also be increased to £750 – up 50%.‌The rule change comes into force "this summer", the Labour Party added.
