New MOT 'photo rule' from August affects all UK drivers

The new process is being rolled out in garages across parts of England, Scotland and Wales.‌Eventually, this will become a mandatory part of the process that the majority of vehicles undergo every year to determine whether they are safe to drive on UK roads.
