New Data Shows Gen Z Regrets Voting For Trump

August 28, 2026 2:50 PM ET New data from public opinion research firm Navigator found that 31 percent of Generation Z said they regret voting for President Donald Trump in the 2024 election.Generation Z showed more regret about their voting choices compared with 28 percent of Millennials, 20 percent of Generation X, and 10 percent of Baby Boomers, who all said they regretted voting for Trump, according to the data, compiled from several surveys taken between June 4 and July 27.
