Ned Nwoko to appeal ruling on Okowa’s senatorial candidacy

Sen. Ned Nwoko (APC-Delta) says he will appeal a Federal High Court ruling striking out his suit challenging Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa’s APC senatorial candidacy.
