Former Head of Public Affairs at the Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), Fiifi Boafo, has criticised the National Democratic Congress (NDC) over the recurring power outages in the country, arguing that the party has not demonstrated the capacity to manage the power sector effectively.
