Nathan Jones sees similarities with Charlton and Luton

Nathan Jones believes Charlton are on the same “trajectory” as his former Luton team – after they remained unbeaten thanks to a 1-1 draw at West Brom.Tyreece Campbell cancelled out Callum Styles’ opener, as the Addicks maintained their blistering start to the season at The Hawthorns.And Jones believes there are big similarities between his current charges and the side he had in a previous spell at Luton, who went on to reach the Premier League.He said: “We are on that trajectory with what we did at Luton during my two spells there.“We built a team to go through the leagues, I went and then came back and built a team that was on the brink of promotion and got promoted.“We are on that trajectory, after four games we are in a good place, and let’s not mess about, we are favourites to go down.
