Napolcom to rule soon on cop linked to Tacloban school shooting

TACLOBAN CITY — The National Police Commission (Napolcom) in Eastern Visayas has completed its administrative proceedings against a police officer whose service firearm was allegedly used in the June 22 shooting at San Jose National High School here and forwarded its findings and recommendations to its central office for a final decision. Napolcom Eastern Visayas
