The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has received a major donation of relief items from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to support households affected by the devastating floods that hit parts of southern Ghana on June 29, 2026. The donation, which includes 5,000 student mattresses, 2,000 bags of 25-kilogram rice and other essential supplies, is expected to support more than 7,000 flood-affected households currently recovering from the disaster.
