Mystery restaurant plan for historic building on George Square

A planning application has been lodged with Glasgow City Council to turn a basement office space at A‑listed Merchants House on George Square into a new mystery restaurant, with the venue in talks with a major operator and promising more jobs, footfall and spending in the city centre.
