Murder investigation launched after man dies from severe head injuries in south London

Metropolitan Police officers were called to an address in Poynders Road, Lambeth, at around 8.35am on Friday after a report from the London Fire Brigade. The man was found with serious head injuries and pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin has been informed and is being supported by specialist officers.
