Rachael Taylor, 37, 'burst into tears' after the encounter11:43, 12 Jul 2026A mum says she left Home Bargains in tears after she claims a staff member made an comment about her 3-year-old daughter.Rachael Taylor, 37, from Tranmere, Merseyside visited the Home Bargains on Rock Retail Park in the same area last Thursday morning (July 2) with her Lottie, who is autistic. Two of her children are autistic and normally she prefers not to take them shopping as they find it overstimulating, but on this occasion Lottie had to join.As the pair approached the till, Rachael says that Lottie made an "ugghh" noise.
