MTN Ghana completes Mobile Money business spinoff to scale Fintech unit

MTN Ghana has formally separated its Mobile Money operations in Ghana from its core telecommunications business, creating Mobile Money Fintech Ltd. (MMFL) as a standalone growth unit.
