MTA worker, mom of 3, fatally struck by oncoming train while working on NYC subway tracks

The construction flagger, identified as Moet McCullum, was standing on the southbound tracks at the 161st Street-Yankee Stadium station around 11:30 p.m. when a D train pulled in and fatally struck her, according to the MTA.
