Mozambique: Technical Team Established to Negotiate Sale of State's Stake in Tmcel

[AIM] Maputo -- The Mozambican government has announced the establishment of a technical team to negotiate the sale of part of the State's stake in the publicly owned telecommunications company, Tmcel.
