Motorcyclist killed on Hwy. 401 in Pickering after hitting electronic sign in a construction zone: OPP

A 22-year-old motorcyclist from Scarborough is dead after colliding with an electronic sign board inside a construction zone on Highway 401 in Pickering, OPP say.
