Motorcyclist hospitalized after collision with semi on Edens Expressway in Skokie

A motorcyclist was hurt in a crash with a semi Monday morning on the outbound Edens Expressway in north suburban Skokie. Just after 7 a.m., state troopers responded to the outbound lanes of Interstate 94 at Dempster Street for the crash and the motorcyclist was hospitalized with injuries, Illinois state police said. No road closures were immediately reported.
