Mother sobs alongside 12-year-old son as he’s denied bail over alleged assault on good Samaritan

A 12-year-old boy and his mother sobbed as a magistrate denied bail for the young boy after he and four teenagers were charged with an assault that left a good Samaritan in a critical condition.
