Morocco Blames Misinformation for Ceuta Migrant Chaos

Morocco’s government said factors such as misinformation and human trafficking lured tens of thousands of migrants into illegally crossing into the Spanish-governed northern African enclave of Ceuta last week. Meanwhile, Spain’s foreign minister said nearly everyone who illegally crossed into Ceuta has left as it tries to assure its European Union neighbors that it is swiftly returning the roughly 50,000 undocumented migrants.
