Montreal arson squad investigating fire that damaged a garage and restaurant on Décarie

The Montreal arson squad is investigating a fire that broke out at 3:16 a.m. Saturday in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, severely damaging a two-storey multi-commercial building.
