Montgomery County will move its 9/11 memorial to Norristown ahead of the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attack

On Sept. 1, Montgomery County will move its 9/11 memorial to Elmwood Park in Norristown to make it more accessible to the public in advance of the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attack.
