Monsoon Session: TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee suspended from Lok Sabha over remarks against woman MP

NEW DELHI: Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Banerjee was suspended from Lok Sabha on Wednesday for using unparliamentary language against a women member of the House.This comes after Kalyan Banerjee engaged in a heated verbal exchange with hid former party colleagues and NCPI MPs in the Lok Sabha chamber.The Nationalist Citizens Party of India (NCPI) members involved in the exchange included Mitali Bagh, Shatabdi Roy and Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar.
