Shocking CCTV shows three balaclava-clad thugs patrolling around Leigh, Greater Manchester, before they spot their target. The robbers pursued the innocent rider, who was wearing an orange coat, in an attempt to steal the Surron electric bike he was riding. Taking place on April 17, 2025, the incident saw the victim make a bid to escape, riding to his home on Melrose Avenue.
