MOFA investigates alleged bullying at Geneva office

By Lee I-chia / Staff reporter Add TT as Preferred Source The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said it has established an investigation panel to look into alleged workplace bullying and other misconduct by the head of Taiwan’s representative office in Geneva.Local media outlets have reported that workers at the Taipei Cultural and Economic Office in Geneva filed a 15-page compliant along with 134 pages of evidence and records to the ministry, listing many alleged violations by office director-general Greg Lee (李冠德).Lee is accused of misusing public funds and resources, unlawfully deducting of wages, workplace bullying, dysfunctional leadership, disregarding public safety and diplomatic malpractice, among others, reports said.
