A large franchisee for the fast-casual dining chain Moe’s Southwest Grill has filed for Chapter 11, becoming the latest chain restaurant operator to seek bankruptcy protection this year. The franchisee, Quality Fresca of Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking to end its leases at 16 locations, most of which are in Florida.
