Missing woman found dead in Belur

The Hassan police, on Thursday, found the body of a woman who had been missing since July 31, buried in an agricultural field at Kesagodu in Belur taluk. The police suspect that Gagana, 29, was murdered by her husband, Raghu.The couple ran a bakery in Chikkamagaluru. Gagana went missing on the night of July 31. The next day, August 1, Raghu was found hanging in an open area. Videos of Raghu circulating on social media showed him claiming that he had killed his wife before ending his life.
