Minority demands halt to Tiktoker’s second prosecution, demands repeal of offensive conduct and publication of false news law

The Minority in Parliament has called on the government to immediately halt all ongoing prosecutions under Sections 207 and 208 of the Criminal Offences Act, including the reported second prosecution of TikToker Camilla Alhassan.
