Minister assures ₹5 lakh ex-gratia each to families of two boys who drowned in a tank in Jagtial district

Social Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar assured Rs 5 lakh ex-gratia each to the families of two boys who drowned in Kothakunta tank at Mallial in Jagtial district on Monday.The deceased Sushanth, a Class IV student, and Vishnu, a Class V student, were students of the Mandal Parishad Primary School in Oddera Colony and were staying at the State-run Integrated Welfare Hostel in Mallial. They accidentally drowned in a tank in the village on Monday afternoon, and their bodies were retrieved later that evening.Sushanth hailed from TR Nagar in Jagtial rural mandal, while Vishnu was a native of Morthad in Nizamabad district.Mr. Laxman Kumar, who is touring the district, enquired about the incident with officials concerned and assured the families of all possible assistance, including an outso
